The staff was really good. They went above and beyond, really making everyone feel special, especially my family with some age limitations. The food at the restaurant was really delicious, we all enjoyed the meals together as a family, it felt like a proper treat. We also loved being connected to the mall, it gave us options for shopping and entertainment without going far.

It wasn't cheap, to say the least.

the hotel's prime location made it easy to stroll over to the beautiful jardin botanico de cali, just about 1 km away and also enjoy a lovely meal at pampa malbec only a few steps away, making it a fantastic base for my weekend adventures.

Overall, the combination of amenities and supportive staff doesn't fully compensate for the experience disruption.

Just a solid selection for a short-term stay in Cali with good value considering the price it charged. The warm water in the shower was consistent, which I appreciated after a long day. If you can, make sure to check out the local dining options outside the hotel for a better culinary experience.

The facility is modern , well maintained with a DAILY maintenance crew 👷‍♂️. Staff was super friendly, providing quick responses. Very close to the mall which made shopping easy and added convenience to our stay.

My stay was great at spiwak chipichape, it's the ideal spot for my visits to cali. They exceeded my expectations with perfect service and very nice dining options. The location next to the mall made everything super convenient for me.

the noise late at night was bothersome. but the room was spacious with a great balcony! the self-service buffet had tons of tasty traditional options. and a wonderful pool nearby made it even better!
